In this seminar we will work on the technique needed to execute different kinds of boleos, both led and as embellishments. Through different exercises and sequences we're going to focus on the contact in the embrace, tension and release, and how to create elastic, quick and sharp movements. Stiff legs, kicking and bad posture ruin your balance and lead to heavy and uncomfortable movements, so it's important to learn the right technique to make the boleos softer, faster and lighter.
